烯酰含量的中公布告零售中丙期报胺与英国呋喃食品水平

    食品伙伴网讯 据英国食品标准局消息，英国4月18日英国食品标准局公布了一系列零售食品中丙烯酰胺与呋喃含量水平的公布淄博会员制仓储超市中期报告。

    本次调查涉及300个样本，零售量水淄博会员制仓储超市采自2011年11月与2012年12月，食品对294个样本进行了丙烯酰胺含量测定，中丙中期以及113个样本进行了呋喃含量的烯酰测定。检测发现，胺呋样本中两种物质的喃含含量不会增加消费者的健康风险。

    Based on 报告samples taken from 300 products collected between November 2011 to December 2012, the survey gives a snapshot of the range of acrylamide and furan levels in UK retail foods.

    The levels of acrylamide and furan reported do not increase concern about the risk to human health and the Agency has not changed its advice to consumers.

    As with previous years, the survey results for acrylamide and furan will be sent to EFSA for collation, trend analysis and, in the case of furan, a risk assessment.
